Hello and welcome everyone! Today I have another exciting release by Altenew to share with you, that includes some brand new colors of Artist Markers.
So let me introduce you to Artist Markers Set D! This set includes a beautiful mix of cool pink, teal and brow shades. It’s such a beautiful color palette on its own but you can also mix them together with any other alcohol markers to create more color combinations.
For today’s card I decided to focus exclusively on the markers from this set and create an one-layer card using the Wonderland stamp set.
I used the coordinating mask stencil to overlap my images easily and create a lovely floral scene. I really feel like these whimsical floral images were made to be colored with this set of markers!

First let me say thank you for your beautiful card. Very soft and pretty….I love the new marker set colors. I only have the primary essentals set so far…..but if I had to choose a color combo that I would like to see next..I would like some yellows, and maybe some different soft lavenders. I love this card – the fun dotted background, and the fabulous sentiment are wonderful. I am not sure if Altenew have them yet or not – but what I would love to see in a future release would be pearlescent or metallics – like gold, copper, silver.

Zinia, you chose one of my favourite stamp sets to use & I love the way you’ve coloured it. So very light at the top, followed by mid tones in the middle & the darker shades on the flowers at the bottom. Just so very pretty! And, that is a great saying as well. Thank you.
I love the stamp set you used to showcase these markers. Your coloring and blending is fabulous. I am so glad they made these markers in three Color families so it is so easy to blend. I would love to see an ocean collection. In sea greens and sea blues.
