Today is release day over at Altenew and once again you are going to love every single product! I’m really thrilled to join this release blog hop and share with you some projects and inspiration using some of the new products.
Make sure to read all the way through for all the giveaway details and of course visit the Altenew Card Blog and the Altenew Scrapbook Blog.
For this release I went all out and create a lot of different projects cause I loved all the stamp sets so much that I couldn’t decide which one to pick. One of my most favorites is the scrapbook layout I made using a combination of Block Alpha, Floral Art and the Mega Happy/You dies.
In addition to that I create a bunch of cards using different products and techniques.
For my first card I’m using the Hello Gorgeous stamp set which I colored using the new Altenew watercolor pan set. The sentiment I used is from the Smiles & Hugs stamp set.
In the next card I’m using the Mega Ampersand die as my focal point while playing with some ink blending on my background. The sentiment comes from the Mega Greetings 2 stamp set (which is a must-have from this release).
Now this card is one that I’m really proud about. It’s definitely on the more minimalistic side but I really love geometric designs. To create this I cut out square frames using the Halftone Squares Coordinating dies, I colored them with Altenew Crisp Dye Inks and stuck them together into this fun arrangement.
This card is actually a little 3×4 card I created to use in my pocket scrapbooking. I used the Block Print Stamp Set for the background and then I stamped the word “summer” from the For All Seasons set. You can totally turn this into a regular card by mounting it to a standard cardbase.
My last card is using the Wildflower Garden die. As I said before I love using coordinating dies without their stamp sets to make the most out of them. This time I created an ink blended panel, and then used the die to cut out a few images from the bottom portion of the card. Then I used the die-cut pieces and placed them at the top edge of my card to give it the impression of being framed by leaves. To finish it off, I stamped a sentiment using the Block Alpha stamp set.
