Hello everyone and welcome to another exciting Altenew Release Blog Hop! Today Altenew is releasing a brand new watercolor product, a 14 Pan Metallic Watercolor Set!
For this blog hop I created a very simple card that highlights the gorgeous metallic shades of this set.
I just picked a few of my favorite colors and created a metallic rainbow background.
To finish the card I added a tiny word sentiment from the Sentiment Strips Stamp set and a die-cut word using the Simply Friend Die Set.

Beautiful, fun card. I love all the possibilities with these fabulous new metallic watercolors, even for those of us who don’t have watercoloring skills, and this design is a perfect example. (Not to say you don’t have wonderful watercoloring skills — it sounded better in my head!)

Hi Zinia, I love the simplicity of your card – it takes the pressure off if you don’t know the basics of watercolouring. And I’m surprised with how well the colours stood out on the white card stock. My favourite colours are Amethyst and Topaz. Thanks for sharing your card.
